Mrs. Natalie Jimenez
Natalie Jimenez has dedicated 19 years to the field of education and began her journey at Sycamore in 2024 as the Principal of Blue Ash Elementary. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education from Ohio University, as well as two Master's degrees from Concordia University of Chicago, one in Reading Education and the other in Administration. Throughout her career, she has gained valuable experience as a first-grade teacher at Roy Elementary School in Northlake, IL, an Assistant Principal at Ivy Hill Elementary School in Arlington Heights, IL, and both Assistant Principal and Principal at Heritage Early Childhood School.
Outside of school, Natalie loves making Disney memories with her family, enjoying family dinner nights with her parents and sister's family (who lives across the street), and taking yearly trips with her sorority sisters from Ohio University. Her passion for education stems from the profound impact a fourth-grade teacher had on her life, inspiring her to strive to make a similar difference for a child, staff member, family, or colleague.

Mrs. Lindsay Combs
Lindsay Combs has dedicated 15 years to the field of education and started her journey at Sycamore in 2019. She became the Assistant Principal of Blue Ash Elementary in 2024. She holds a Bachelor's of Science in Communication Science & Disorders and a Master's of Arts in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Cincinnati, as well as a Master's of Arts in Educational Leadership from Xavier University. Throughout her career, she has gained valuable experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Loveland City Schools for 11 years, followed by 2 years as an SLP at Greene School, and 2 years as an Assistant Principal at Greene School.
Outside of school, Lindsay enjoys gardening, hot yoga, concerts, live music, sporting events (GO BENGALS, FC, & BEARCATS!), reading, and traveling to the beach. Her passion for education is driven by her love for the kids. "They are at the core of what we do every day, and seeing their growth is the best and biggest bucket filler," she says. Lindsay finds the goal of working together with families, teachers, staff, and students to be the most rewarding reason to show up every day.
