Natalie Jimenez
Principal

Natalie Jimenez brings more than 20 years of experience in education to her role as Principal of Blue Ash Elementary, a position she proudly began in 2024. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Ohio University and holds two Master’s degrees from Concordia University Chicago—one in Reading Education and the other in Educational Administration.

Throughout her career, Natalie has served in a variety of roles that reflect her dedication to student growth and school community. She began as a first-grade teacher in Northlake, Illinois before moving into leadership positions, including Assistant Principal at Ivy Hill Elementary in Arlington Heights, Illinois, and both Assistant Principal and Principal at Heritage Early Childhood School in Lakota Local Schools.

Natalie’s passion for education was sparked by a fourth-grade teacher who made a lasting impact on her life—a connection that continues to inspire her approach to school leadership. She is committed to creating a learning environment where every child feels seen, supported, and inspired to succeed, and where staff and families feel connected and valued.

Outside of school, Natalie enjoys spending time with those closest to her. She loves making memories on Disney trips with her family, sharing weekly dinners with her extended family, and relaxing with longtime friends and colleagues.
